This is our first post. We are preparing to depart for Lisbon on Nov 3rd and will be in Portugal and Spain for 67 days. I hope to keep up to date on our travels and point out some “must see” sights, as well as any “avoid at all costs” that we might happen to run into (fingers crossed those are few and far between).
We will be focusing on food, wine and history. In Lisbon we are scheduled for a City tour on Tram 38, a tour of Sintra, a cooking class making the local custards (pastel de nata) and a visit to a winery just north of town.
