Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic travel map

We are just a couple of days away from our next trip, visiting Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic.  We will start out in Vienna, then travel to the wine region of Tokai.  After exploring the “Wine of Kings” we head to Budapest for 5 days before boarding a Danube River Cruise.

After a week on the Danube River, we will be spending 5 days in Prague.  We will be traveling a good amount of this time with our friends Tom and Nancy, as well as our friends (and former neighbors) Casey and Terri.  They all depart from Prague, and we will continue our trip in the Czech Republic, visiting Bohemian Switzerland National Park, Cesky Krumlov and Brno, before finally heading back to Vienna for our flight home.
